This card is also for the following challenges:

and

This beautiful image is from Our Daily Bread designs.  It is called Happy Retirement.  I stamped the scene onto Prima paper three times to layer on top of each other.  The last layer is colored a little with copics and then framed.  The frame is sprayed with a blue shade of Glimmer Mist and then sponged with brown ink.  I stamped the scripture with the help of my Stamp-a-ma-jig and then added the button and hemp twine to complete the card.

Thanks so much for stopping by!  Enjoy your week!!

Live the Life

Hello again!
I made this for the Passionately Artistic Blog!
We invite you to join us each week by linking your latest project!

I stamped the quote from the new ODBD set called Dreams onto a pretty Flower Soft Oval.  The butterflies are cut out from that same Flower Soft kit.  The background is embossed with the Cuttlebug Wicker Weave folder.  I added lace and seam binding from Hug Snug.  I made the pretty bow with Becca's Peg Bow Maker!  I added the flower button and pearls to complete the card!

Thanks so much for stopping by!  Enjoy the rest of your week!

Strong Fortress

Hi there!  So nice to have a moment to share today!
And look at what we have here!  A masculine card that is also somewhat CAS!!!
WHAT???  Yep, that's right!  Masculine and CAS!  LOL!!!

This is for three challenges:

CAS170-Three panels (I know I have four...shhh!)

I've used Kraft and Black card stock.  The right side side panel is embossed with Cuttlebug's Roman Bath folder.  The other three panels are stamped with the new Fortress set from ODBD.  I used black embossing powder on the main image and on the scripture.  The scripture is cut out and embossed with the Spellbinders Labels 25.  And I used a little hemp twine to finish the card!

Thank you so much for coming by!  See you again soon!

The Direction of Your Dreams

Hello there!  Hope you all are doing good!  I am so glad you stopped in today!

I made this card for the Passionately Artistic Blog!
We invite you to link up your latest project!
A great way to get a little more exposure for your talents!

For my design, I used the Midnight Madness monthly sketch number 138.  The designer paper is Prima and is embossed with the Cuttlebug Wicker Weave folder.  I distressed the edges of the papers with Tim Holtz Vintage photo ink.  The dove and the sentiment are part of a new ODBD set called Dreams.  I stamped onto the matching designer paper, cut the sentiment out with a Spellbinders Oval and cut the dove out by hand.  I used Beacon 3-in-1 glue to glue down the seam binding and made a gorgeous bow with Becca's Peg Bow Maker and glued this down.  In real life the seam binding matches the designer paper so nicely!  Next I placed the oval and the dove, added the Zva pearls and added touches of Stickles to the dove.

Go confidently in the direction of your dreams!

Blessings and Prosperity

Hi there!  I have been having a serious case of creative block!  Finally, I have something to show you!!!

This is for the following challenges:

WT373-Don't Stress, Distress!

This image and sentiment is from the new ODBD set called Happy Retirement.  I stamped it in black and stamped the image again so I could cut out the hammock and pop it up.  Ahh!  How nice it would be to be in a hammock on the beach under the shade of palm trees blowing in the wind .......Oops, sorry for the little daydream there!!  LOL!!!  I distressed the edges and used black ink on the distressed edge.  I colored little areas with copic markers and added Flower Soft Sand to the beach.  I added hemp twine and black rhinestones on the trees.  Done!

You will eat the fruit of your labor,
blessings and prosperity will be yours.
Psalm 128:2

Thanks you so much for stopping by!  Have a wonderful day!

I used the new set called Dreams!  And this Thoreau quote has been a favorite of mine since I was a teen!  I am so excited about this new set!!! I cut out the sentiment with Spellbinders Floral Oval.  The designer paper was cut out with Spellbinders Romantic Rectangles.  The paper is by Prima.  The dove is colored with copics and attached with a glue dot.  I added Zva pearls and a beautiful white bow made with Becca's Peg Bow Maker
