Faith in His Timing

Hello there!
Today I am sharing a bit of my Bible Journaling I did the other day.

Our Daily Bread Designs has quite a few wonderful stamp sets that can be used for Bible Journaling as well as a collection of stamps specifically designed for Bible Journaling.  For this project I have used the new His Timing stamp along with some 'oldies' but goodies!  The 'oldies' are:  Time, God's Timing, and Scripture Series 2.  I colored in the images with Crayola pencils and journaled a bit in my own handwriting.

Thanks for stopping by to check it out!
Have a wonderful day!

God Bless

Hello!

Trying my hand at watercolor again.  I wish I could get it!  Oh well, I guess I will keep trying and keep practicing.  The image is from the new ODBD set called A Happy Hello.  After water coloring I cut the panel out with the largest Lavish Layer die.  The sentiment is cut with the smallest Lavish Layer die.  I added three tiny rhinestones to complete the card.  I am entering this into the Splitcoast CAS Challenge this week to use bling.

Thanks so much for visiting!
Have a wonderful week!

Taking a Look Back at the ODBD January Release!

Good morning!

Thanks for joining us today as we share more projects with

Isn't this Bountiful Basket die so fun??  I chose to create an all green and cream basket for a sweet way to give candy for a birthday.  The birthday sentiment is from the new Seeds of Today set and is cut out with a Stitched Oval.  The oval is then mounted onto a die cut from Mini Tags and Labels.

Here is a second project:

For this card, I used the latest Bible Journaling stamp called His Timing.  The two clocks were stamped a second time, colored, cut out with Pierced Circles and popped up. The papers are from the Plum Pizzazz Paper Pack.  I used Deco Borders and a Mini Bow to complete the card.

Monster Birthday

Hello again!

I couldn't resist another Monster card when I saw today's Sketch Challenge at SCS!  These cuties are part of the new NCC set called Little Monsters and they have Monster dies to match!  So fun!  I also used several ODBD dies: Pierced Rectangles, Pierced Circles, Log Cabin Quilt, Double Stitched Pennant Flags, and Sparkling Stars.

You can see my first post today which features these Little Monsters as well as the Rocket Man set and Space Man dies HERE!

Thanks so much for stopping by!
Have a wonderful evening!

The New NCC Stamps and Dies are Adorable!

Good morning!

Aren't these new sets and dies from North Coast Creations just adorable!!!
I had a blast (pun intended!) playing with both sets!

My first card features Rocket Man and Space Man dies.  I created the space background with masking fluid and then air-brushing a copic marker.  After rubbing off the masking fluid, I cut out the background and the bottom layer with ODBD Pierced Rectangles.  The 'moon' and 'planets' are cut with ODBD Pierced Circles.  I love the sentiment so much!

Here is my second card:

This made me giggle!  I have always wanted to add googly eyes to a project!
The Little Monsters and Monster dies are so fun! This little monster is popped up over an ODBD Pierced Oval, ODBD Pierced Rectangles and the paper is from the ODBD Birthday Bash Collection.

Thankful for Stencilled Backgrounds!

Hello there!
I haven't used my copic air brush system in FOREVER!
And now I have rediscovered it and I LOVE it!!!
lol

Today, I have a card made with some of the new and some of the old goodies

Recently, I cut a piece of thin plastic packaging with the Boho Background die to create a stencil that I can used over and over.  I air brushed using the stencil to create the background and cut the panel out with a Lavish Layers die.  I then stamped the image from Seeds of Today and colored in areas with more copics that match the beautiful Plum Pizzazz and Whimsical Flowers Paper.  The Thanks die cut is adhered to a Double Stitched Pennant which is popped up over the main image.

Thanks so much for stopping by!
Enjoy your day!

Don't you just love this adorable Bountiful Basket?

I created a little shabby sewing basket with lots of goodies inside.  I created little cards with Double Stitched Rectangles for buttons, sewing needles and snippets of 'lace'. I used the new Sewing Set dies along with Beautiful Borders and Deco Borders.

I used vellum to make a little needle holder.  I wound the 'lace' around a couple of cards.  There is also a little 3x3 gift card in the ensemble which features Fancy Fritillary and Layered Lacey Ovals.

The papers are from Easter Card Collection and Pastel Paper Pack.  I stamped the sentiment from A Happy Hello onto a Mini Stitched Heart and attached it to the front of the basket.  A seam binding bow completes this adorable Bountiful Basket!

Here is my second project:

This image is also from A Happy Hello and is stamped onto a Double Stitched Rectangle.  I used copics to outline the image and to do Pointillism technique in the surrounding areas.  The papers are from the new Plum Pizzazz Paper Pack.  The yellow strip is a discard of a basket handle from my first basket attempt which failed! :)  That back panel is cut with a Pierced Rectangle.  The bow is from the Circle Ornaments dies and I completed the card with the beautiful new Thanks die!
