Praying...

 Good morning!

Here is a card I made for the ODBDSLC281 Let's Be Sentimental Challenge!  I colored the praying hands image from the new set called Handle With Prayer with copics to match the card stock.  Then I cut it out with the coordinating Praying Hands die.  The sentiment is stamped onto the smallest of the Filigree Frames dies and both the sentiment and the praying hands are popped up onto the largest of the Filigree Frames dies.  The bottom panel is cut with a Snowflake Sky die.  I added a seam binding bow to complete the card.

I also made this one:

I was stuck on a yellow kick!  This time I made a frame with Rectangles dies and layered it over a Lavish Layer panel and a Snowflake Sky panel.  Tucked inside the frame are the new Praying Border die, a Small Bow die and a Mini Tag die stamped with a Mini Tag Sentiment.  A tiny pearl completes this card.

Thanks so much for stopping by!
Have a wonderful day!

Rudolph!!!

Good morning!  This is for today's Sketch Challenge at Splitcoast!  I thought Rudolph from North Coast Creations would be perfect peeking out from the little window in the sketch!  I colored him with copics and then cut him out with the matching Reindeer die, cutting off his poor little legs to fit!  The other dies I used are ODBD: Pierced Circles, Double Stitched Rectangles, Deco Border, Snowflake Sky.  The paper is from the ODBD Holly Jolly Collection.

Thanks so much for looking!
Have a wonderful day!

Taking a Look Back at the December ODBD Release

Today we are taking a look back at the wonderful new goodies from

My card features The Beatitudes and the new Deco Border die!  The three panels are cut with a Snowflake Sky die, a Lavish Layer die and a Rectangle die.  Before stamping The Beatitudes, I used the largest cross from the Ornamental Crosses dies set as a stencil and used Pan Pastels to sponge the cross.  The Pan Pastels color is much closer to the paper color in real life.  I cut a thin strip of the same paper to mimic ribbon and cut out the bow from Circle Ornaments to add to the card.

Heart Blessing

Good morning!

I am loving these little Pennant Flag Verses and the Pennant Flag dies to match!  Today's card is really simple!  I cut a panel with a Pierced Rectangle and one of the Ornate Hearts.  I cut a heart frame with the two largest Ornate Hearts and glued it the the heart opening of the panel.  I tucked a piece of designer paper from the Boho Bolds Paper Collection behind the panel.  I stamped the Pennant Flag Verse and after cutting it out with the Pennant Flag die, I attached it to the front of the heart in a curvy fashion.  Then I cut the bow with one of the Circle Ornament dies and added it to the the heart frame to complete the card!

Thanks so much for stopping by!  Enjoy your day!

Santa Selfie

Hello there!  I have been wanting to create a Santa Selfie ever since I received this fun new set called Ho Ho Ho from North Coast Creations!  I masked Santa to stamp the first tree and then masked Santa and the first tree to stamp the second tree.  The trees are from the Happy Camper set.  I colored with copics and tucked it behind a panel cut with an ODBD Pierced Rectangle and an ODBD Pierced Square.  The papers are from the ODBD Holly Jolly Collection.

Thank so much for looking!  Have a wonderful evening!

You are a Blessing to Me

Happy Monday!

I've been working on this the last couple of days!  The little box is cut with the ODBD Surprise Box die!  I added little pennants from this month's releases Pennant Flag Verses and Pennant Flag Dies.  I've also used the following dies: Fancy Fritillary, Grass Lawn, Fancy Foliage, Aster, and Gilded Gate.

Here's a closer look:

Here is my first card again:

The font on the For Thine is the Kingdom set is so beautiful!  I used Lavish Layers to cut out the Lord's Prayer and to make the frame.  The green layer is cut out with one of the Snowflake Sky dies.  I added the Mini Bow and a pearl to complete the card!

Here is my second card:

I love the praying hands image in the Handle with Prayer set!  I still have a praying hands ceramic piece that my grandmother gave to me long ago!   I colored the image with copics and cut it out with the coordinating Praying Hands die.  I popped up the image over a frame made with Boho Background and Pierced Ovals.  The sentiment is cut with a smaller Pierced Oval.
