What Do I Wait For?

And now Lord, what do I wait for?  My hope is in You.  Psalm 39:7

I tried something today, that I have tried before.  Every time, I have failed.  This time, while it is still not the way I wanted it, it is better than my previous catastrophes!  I am playing in the Mixability challenge on Splitcoast Stampers- April Showers Bring May Flowers.  The challenge was to watercolor.  I am telling you right now, I just cannot get the hang of watercolor!  I tried my best to copy Lydia!  LOL!  The scripture is from ODBD Grace's Hope.  I used Wink of Stella for the first time on each flower and modeling paste for texture in two corners.  Also, I used ODBD Double Stitched Rectangles to emboss a frame.

Thanks so much for looking!  Have a wonderful evening!

Welcome to the April NCC Release Blog Hop!

Good morning!
We are having such a blast with these adorable new sets!
We know you will love them too!

Here is my first card again:

I adore this little monkey from the Thanks a Bunch set!!!  Oh my goodness!  How fun!
I decided to have him holding balloons and sitting on a window sill!  I colored the images with copics and then cut them out with the Monkeys and Bananas dies.  I used quite a few ODBD products here as well.  Boho Bolds Paper Collection, Welcoming Window dies, Window Shutter and Awning dies, Double Stitched Squares dies, Flower Box Fillers dies, Beautiful Borders dies, Happy Birthday dies, Windowsill Candles dies, and Ornate Hearts dies!

Here is my second card:

Cuteness!!!!   Oh my goodness y'all!  Fairies!  This set is Love You Fairy Much.  I colored the images with copics and cut them out with the Fairies Dies.  The paper is ODBD Boho Bolds again.  I made a frame with ODBD Lavish Layers.  And the 'grass' is cut with  the ODBD Leafy Edged Borders dies.  I added sparkle with Stickles to complete the card.

Here are the supplies I used for my projects today:

Looking Back at the ODBD April Release!

 Good morning!

Today, we are taking a look back at the ODBD April Release!  The quilt themed sets, paper and dies are amazing and we have so enjoyed creating!  My first card features the Log Cabin Quilt Die, the All Mothers stamp set, and the Cozy Quilt Paper Collection.  I also used the Ephemera Paper Pad, the Layered Lacey Square dies, Beautiful Border Dies, and the Oval and Stitched Oval Dies.

Here is another card:
For this card, I used all of the leftover pieces from two other cards I have made this month with the Dresden Quilt Die.  You can see them HERE and HERE.  I'm telling you, these quilt dies are a blast to play with!  So fun piecing together different patterns!  I also used Quilted Family and Friends stamp set, Double Stitched Circles Dies and Double Stitched Squares Dies.

Here are the ODBD products featured here today:

Framed Quilt With Love

Good morning!
Today I am playing in the SCS Free for All Challenge #320 to use Red and Teal!  I used papers from the ODBD Americana Quilt Collection and the ODBD Boho Bolds Paper Pad.  I cut the out the Star Quilt Die three times with the teal, red quilt print and white and then pieced it together to get t a pleasing pattern.  I cut off the four corners of the quilt and added the extra four white corners to make new corners for a rectangular shape.  I framed it with two ODBD Rectangles using an ODBD Lavish Layer as the back.  This panel is mounted to an ODBD Double Stitched Rectangle and the ODBD Flourished Star Pattern die cut.  I masked off a sentiment from the Quilted Family and Friends set and cut it out with an ODBD Mini Tags Die.  I added a tiny white bow to complete the card!

Here are the ODBD products used today:

Hope you have a fantastic Friday!

A Shabby Quilt for Mother

Hello!  Hope your day is going great!

I have a card to share today for the ODBDSLC273 (ODBD Recipe Challenge) and the WT578 (Shabby Chic Challenge)!  The ODBD Recipe is:
O-Oval Tag, D-Dies, B-Button, D-Double Stitched Square Die.

I have used the new ODBD Dresden Quilt Die with the shabby gorgeous ODBD Cozy Quilt papers!  The Mother stamp is from the new All Mothers set.  I used a distressing tool to distress the edges for that shabby look!

Here are the ODBD products I used for this card:
