Looking Back at the ODBD February Release

Good morning!

Today we are sharing more projects with the February Release from Our Daily Bread Designs!
I created this birthday gift ensemble with several of the new goodies!

First is the card:

This scripture is one of my favorites and is part of the set called Today and Everyday.  The scripture panel and two other panels are cut with Double Stitched Rectangles.  They are matted with a Circle Scalloped Rectangle.  I added a few Layering Hearts and a pretty white bow.

Next, is the little box:

I created the little box with The Giving Gift Box die.  I added the Happy Birthday Caps die cut and the little tag is from the A Gift For You die set along with pretty white ribbon.  I added the tiny Layering Heart to the tag to match the card.

And last but not least:

This little Gift Card Holder is the easiest little thing to make, it is crazy!  A beautiful way to give a gift card!  I attached the decorative panel with glue and one of the Layering Hearts to match the card and gift box along with some pretty white ribbon.

Thanks so much for looking!  Have a wonderful weekend!

Two for Tuesday at ODBD

Good morning!

I am joining in with the Two for Tuesday girls at ODBD this morning!
To see more Two for Tuesday inspiration follow THIS LINK.

Here is my more modest card:

I used the new February Stamp/Die Duo called All God's Blessings, along with the new Happy Birthday Caps die.  I colored the cupcake to match the Birthday Bash and Birthday Brights papers.  The main panel is cut with Lavish Layers and the tiny hearts are cut with dies from the Clouds and Raindrops dies set.

Here is a stepped up version of the card:

I used the same elements, making the Birthday Bash paper strip behind the Lavish Layer panel a little bit wider.  I also used Birthday Brights paper on this card.  I tucked in a couple of the new Birthday Candles dies and added thin ribbon that I dyed with a copic marker to match the papers!

Both cards have touches of Wink of Stella for a little sparkle.

What do you think?  This was fun!

Thanks for stopping by!  Enjoy your week!

Candles, Cupcakes and Balloons, Oh My!

Well, this color combo is a little different for me, huh?  :D

I started by making the base card with the Center Step Card die, using the Center Step Layers dies to cut the Birthday Bash paper for the second layers.  The scripture and the cupcake are from this month's new Stamp/Die Duo called All God's Blessings.  I cut the scripture and the frame panel out two Lavish Layers dies.  I added some Birthday Balloons and Birthday Candles to complete the card.  I used a copic marker to dye the ribbon to match and added sparkle here and there with Wink of Stella.

Thanks so much for stopping by!
Enjoy your week!

Welcome to the NCC February Release!

Good morning!

Welcome to the North Coast Creations February Release!  This release is all about fun puns and I chose to go in a Valentine direction since we are so close to the Valentine's Day holiday!

I made a set of four Valentine's Day cards, using the same ODBD dies throughout: Layered Lacey SquaresPierced Squares, Clouds and Raindrops, and Alphabet.  I added a little white bow and clear Wink of Stella to many areas of each card.  And I gave Mr. Olive freckles!

I had so much fun with these!!!

Welcome to the ODBD February New Release!

Good morning!

Today I am sharing several projects using the February Release from Our Daily Bread Designs

My little gift ensemble above was fun to create!  I started with the card.

The scripture is from the set called Today and Everyday and is one of my favorites!  I cut it out with one of the Ornate Ovals.  I made a frame for the oval with the largest Snowflake Sky die and the scalloped border inset die from The Gift Giving Box.  I added the Fancy Fritillary butterfly with half pearls and pretty white ribbon to complete the card.

Then I made the little matching gift box.

To create this little box I used The Gift Giving Box dies, A Gift for You dies, and Fancy Fritillary.  Half pearls and ribbon complete the box.

And then for the Gift Card Holder.

This is designed to go inside the litte gift box.  I created this with the Gift Card Holder dies and Fancy Fritillary.  Along with half pearls and ribbon to coordinate with the box and card.

And here is one more card for today:

This card features the new February products Big Balloon Die and Big Birthday Bolds along with Large Numbers, Double Stitched Rectangles and Birthday Brights Paper!
