Welcome to the October ODBD Release!

 Good morning!
We thank you so much for joining us today!  Today is release day at ODBD!
And wow, you will not be disappointed!
Before we get started, let me take care of the 'business'!

Three winners will be randomly chosen from the comments left on the designers blogs to receive a $15 Gift Certificate to the ODBD Store, to be used toward the purchase of ODBD Stamps found in the "stamps column" of the website.  You have until October 2, 2014 at 9:00 p.m. EDT to leave your comments here on our Blog or the Participating Designers Blogs for a chance to win!  The Winners will be posted on the ODBD Blog on October 3rd, so be sure to check back there to see if you won!

My first card features the fabulous Autumn Tree set!  I stamped the tree image and colored with copics.  I used the Pointillism technique on parts of the image.  I stamped the xoxoxo from Ornate Border Sentiments inside the heart!  I stamped the sentiment and cut it out with an Antique Labels and Border and added it to a mat cut with a die from the Vintage Flourish Pattern die set.  I also embossed a Spellbinders square die to make a frame.

Here is my second card featuring the Mother and Child Ornament stamp:

This is such a beautifully drawn image of our Lord and Savior with Mary!  I decided to keep this one simple so the focus is on them.  I colored the image with copics and cut it out with a circle from Circle Ornament Dies and then a larger circle is the mat cut from the new Matting Circles set!  The circles are layered over the largest Doily die.  A spellbinders die is embossed for the frame.  I added some stickles on His halo and a little on the bodice of Mary's dress.  A pretty bow completes the card!
