And now, back to my first card:
This card features a sentiment from the Reach for the Stars Mini set along with the little star stamp from His Birth. The sentiment is cut out with a Vintage Flourish Pattern die. The paper is from the from the Blushing Rose Collection. I did lots of distressing to get that shabby look. I made a banner with one of the Sparkling Stars dies. I cut out some of the tiny stars and placed them here and there. I finished the card with pearls and a pretty seam binding bow.
Here is my second card:
I went a little shabby (well, a lot!) on this card too! I made a shaped card with Spellbinders Labels 29. I glued white tulle onto the first layer and then added a distressed and glittered panel from the new Christmas 2014 Paper Collection. Then I glued more tulle down. I cut out the sentiment from the new Silk Stars set with the Vintage Flourish Pattern die, and glued it over the tulle. More tiny stars from the Sparkling Stars dies and a Silk Star cut out with the Splendorous Stars dies along with even more tulle! The row of pearls and the seam binding bow were the finishing touches.
Here is another angle which shows more of the sparkle:
