Here is my first card:
What better way to welcome one of our Marines home than to give him or her a card made with love! A great new Patriotic Paper Collection and a set of American Hero sentiments is among the new releases this month! And how fun to be able to cut out the sentiments with a dog tag die from the Mini Tag Dies set! I also used the Sparkling Stars dies and Pennant Row die from former releases. Just a touch of stickles was added to the tiny stars to complete the card!
Here is my second card:
Adding to my Christmas card stash this time with a ticket from the Admit Three set. I heat embossed it in detail silver embossing powder and cut it out with one of the Mini Tag Dies. Then I attached it to a tag cut with the Recipe Card and Tags Dies. The Mini Tags Dies includes a little cross die which I added to the tag. The papers are from the Winter 2014 and Christmas 2014 Paper Collections. I did a white wash on them to mute the colors a little bit. I added a Peaceful Poinsettia and Fancy Foliage spray. I completed the card with silver glitter glue and silver sequins.
Here are the new products I used today:
