Welcome to the ODBD March Release!

Good morning!!!

Welcome to the March ODBD Release Hop!
This month's release is fabulous (as usual!) and we are so happy you are here with us today!

As always, you have a chance to win!  Here are the details:

Three randomly selected winners will each receive a $25 gift certificate to the ODBD Store just for commenting on the Design Team cards!  You have until March 2, 2016 at 9:00 p.m. EST to leave your comments on the Designers Blogs for a chance to win!  The Winners will be posted on the ODBD Blog on March 3rd, so be sure to check back there to see if you won!

I LOVE the new keys dies!  Fits my shabby style!  I used the new Double Stitched Square die, the new Keys dies and the Tags Trio die to cut from the Vintage Ephemera Paper Collection.  I used white paint on all the pieces and then used brown ink to distress it even more.  The sentiment from the Keys to Happiness set is cut out with a Stitched Oval.  I love how the keys look so old!  :)
Here is my second card:

This card features the new Superstar set along with the new Double Stitched Stars dies.
The new dies coordinate so great with the Sparkling Stars dies!   I heat embossed the stars with clear embossing powder.  The designer paper is from the Easter Card Collection 2016 and the Pastel Paper Pack.  The rock star sentiment is cut out with a Mini Tags die.  I added a partial Pennant Row die cut, and a Beautiful Border.  A tiny bow and some stickles complete the card.

Here are the new ODBD products I used for these cards:

  3. Sandee, both of your new cards have a crisp, fresh look to them . . . I like it! Love the muted colors and lacy effect on your key card. And the colors you've chosen for your star card, also muted, still give it that 'pop'. Great job!

  33. I love the soft beauty of your cards. The subtleness of the colors with sparks of white in the door card are so lovely. And I love the stars on stars of your second card with the spotlight on the ribboned tag. Your use of white to highlight your soft colors is genius creating subtleness or pops of joy.
