I haven't played in the Mixability Challenge in a while! Today, the challenge is to use a certain brown tone that has been proclaimed the ugliest color in the world! Well, I used it a teeny bit on the stem of this gorgeous Bearded Iris from an ODBD set called A True Friend. The rest is colored more in sepia brown tones. After coloring with copics, I painted it with Wink of Stella. Then I added texture with modeling paste. And I also used a toothbrush to spatter black ink.
Here are the ODBD products I used today:
Thanks so much for stopping by!
Have a wonderful day!
Wow, wow! This is gorgeous, Sandee! I love everything about it from the monochromatic BROWN, to the ribbon, texture paste and spattering.
ReplyDeleteSo very lovely. The coloring is gorgeous, and I can't find the "ugly brown" shade. I think you were very brave to spatter your card, and that touch adds so much!
ReplyDeleteYour card is exquisite! I love the browns with the white. I don't know about an "ugly" brown shade. I haven't met a brown I didn't like.
