Full Armor of God

Good morning!

I am playing in the Ways to Use It challenge on Splitcoast today to make a masculine card.  I used two of the June releases from Our Daily Bread Designs for this card: Armor of God and Full Armor.  I colored the image with copics and fussy cut.  I used the Sunburst Background die with a piece of the Birthday Brights paper to make the background.  I then made a frame with Pierced Rectangles and Rectangles dies.  I put black brads on all corner and used Wink of Stella to paint the frame and some of the image too!  The sentiment is cut with and Oval die and layered with a Pierced Oval die cut.  I added the black bow to complete the card.

I have a card I made for today's sketch challenge at Splitcoast.  I really love this new Birthday Bash and Birthday Brights paper and cute new Duo Stamp/Die set called You Bless Me So!  The image is colored with copics and I used Wink of Stella to paint the flowers and the heart die cuts!

I {{Heart}} A Beautiful Day!

 I am so excited about the new Alphabet Dies that just released from Our Daily Bread Designs!  I used the Leafy Edged Border to cut two layers and flared them out a little bit.  I added foam tape to pop them up over the designer paper from the new Birthday Bash Paper Pack.  The blue paper is from the Birthday Brights Paper Pack.  I used the Mini Stitched Hearts Dies too!  I added Wink of Stella to the hearts and added some gorgeous heart shaped rhinestones recently sent to me from a friend!

Here is another quick card I made recently:

 For this card I used one of last month's new sets called Good Day along with some papers from the Shabby Rose Paper Collection.  I used Pierced Rectangles, Double Stitched Rectangles, Pierced Circles, and the new Bitty Butterflies dies!  A tiny pink bow completes the card!

Here is my first card again:

The new 'Duo' sets are so great!  This card features the You Bless Me So duo.  This set has several images, quite a few sentiments and one word (You) die.  To make this card, I created a frame with Pierced Rectangles, Pierced Ovals, and Lavish Layers.  The designer paper is from the new Birthday Brights Paper Pad.  The great thing about having clear stamps is that you can curve the sentiment, which I did here!  I LOVE that!  :)  I colored the images with copics to match the yellow and added a tiny yellow bow to complete the card.  I also painted the images with Wink of Stella.

On the inside, I used the solid yellow paper and trimmed it with one of the new Bitty Borders!  

Here is my second card:

For this card, I used the other 'duo' set called Sending My Love.  I created a little summer scene with the Fence die, a Leafy Edged Borders die,Clouds and Raindrops dies, the new Bitty Butterflies dies, along with Pierced Rectangles, Lovely Leaves, Flower Box Fillers and Pretty Posies!  I drew in the butterfly trail with a copic multi liner pen.  I added Wink of Stella here and there.  The designer paper is also from the Birthday Brights Paper Pad.  And can you see the Bitty Border at the bottom?  So cute!

A Look Back at the May Mid Month Release!

Good morning!  

We are happy to have you with us today as we look back at the 

May Mid Month Release from ODBD!  

My card is made with the Grill Master set with the coordinating BBQ Grill die and the Barbeque Tools dies!  The papers are from the Boho Bolds Paper Pad.  I used Pierced Rectangles to cut the background panels.  The grill image is colored with copics with touches of green to reflect the color of the paper.  The button and twine complete the card.

Hi Tweetheart!

 

This is for the yesterday's WT to incorporate stitches and today's MIX challenge to make a frame.  I love this cute little set from North Coast Creations called Little Birdies!  I colored the images with copics and cut them out with the matching Birdies dies!  I made the frame with ODBD Double Stitched Rectangles and ODBD Lavish Layers.  I've also used ODBD Mini Tags, ODBD Beautiful Borders, and ODBD Clouds and Raindrops.  I added Wink of Stella to the hearts and added a pretty bow to complete the card.  Oh, and the papers are from ODBD Paper Packs, Ephemera Essentials and Old Glory.
