Good morning!
Thanks for joining us today as we take a look back at the October Releases from ODBD!
I have two cards to share today! The first one uses the Mother and Child Ornament. This card is similar to THIS one I made before but this time I used the Paper Tole technique. I love how it turned out! I stamped the image several times and colored in key areas. Then lots of fussy cutting and layering it up to create lots of dimension. Here is another view:
And here is another:
I've tried this technique before but really didn't know what I was doing and it definitely didn't turn out the way it was supposed to! This time I followed this video instruction HERE, but it didn't come together quite as easily as it did for this talented lady! I am still pleased with the results though and will be doing this more in the future!
Here is my next card:
A little bit shabby, a little bit sparkly! This card features God's Timing and Christmas Pennant Swag along with Sparkling Snowflakes from a former release. The background is from the 2013 Christmas Paper Collection.
Here are all the ODBD products I used to create both cards:

See you again soon!!!
Sandee - what a joy it is to see your beautiful designs. Your Mother and Child ornament card took my breath away!! You've added so much beauty to this image just by double-stamping and layering - makes for a striking effect. And your second card is just as beautiful. Wonderful cards - and so much inspiration. Thank you!!

Both cards are so elegant and gorgeous, Sandee! I especially LOVE the white on white design of the first card! The mother and child ornament so reflects the true meaning of Christmas! Your second card is full of vintage charm and so beautiful! You are one talented lady! Hugs!
