CAS368, Some Bunny Loves You

Good morning!  I made this card this this morning for the Clean And Simple Challenge at Splitcoast today.  The challenge is to use a Spring critter on your project.  I love this adorable little rabbit image from North Coast Creations!  The set is called Hippity Hoppity.  He is colored with copics, fussy cut and popped up over a frame made with ODBD Double Stitched Rectangles and ODBD Flourished Star Pattern die.  I used and ODBD Rectangle to cut out the pretty ODBD Pastel Paper Pack.  The little eggs are cut with ODBD Easter Egg dies and the clouds are cut with the ODBD Clouds and Raindrops dies.

Thanks so much for stopping by!

Don't forget that Our Daily Bread Designs is celebrating their 8th anniversary

Easter Egg Inspiration

 Happy Saturday!
I started this card this morning but had to leave so just finished it up.  It is for the Inspiration Challenge at Splitcoast today, an Easter Egg Hunt!  Here is a link to the egg I used for my inspiration.  I am not real sure how I feel about the glitter I put on the egg, but it is what it is!  Ha!

Here are the ODBD Supplies I used for this card:

Sweet Little Lamb!

Hello!  Hope you are having a beautiful day!

Today's Ways to Use It Challenge is things that hop, skip, leap or jump!  My card features the little lamb from the ODBD set called The Shepherd.  This month's release included a die to cut out this sweet little lamb!  I colored with copics before cutting him out.  The sentiment is cut out with a Stitched Oval and the whole panel is cut with a Double Stitched Rectangle.  The blue paper is from the new Pastel Paper Collection.

Here are the ODBD products I used for this card:

Cookie Inspiration Challenge on SCS!

Hi there!  This card is for the Inspiration Challenge on Splitcoast this morning!  The cookies are so beautiful!  I would have a very hard time eating one let me tell you!  LOL!  Here is a link to the photo that I used as my inspiration.  I thought the new Floral Egg image from ODBD would work great!I layered a beautiful cross from ODBD Ornamental Crosses on top of the egg and popped it up over the Christ the Lord Background. The background is embossed on the edge with a die from the ODBD Flourished Star Pattern dies.  I completed the card with a button and bow.
Here are the products I used today:

Happy Easter!

Hello!  Hope you have had a great week!  Played in a couple of SCS challenges this evening!  The  F4A264-baby pinks and/or blues but not a baby card, and the SC531-sketch.  I used one of the ODBD Decorative Corners dies to get the look of the sketch.  I saw earlier today that Dawn Lusk did that and it was beautiful!  Had to try it myself!  I added a heart from the ODBD Ornate Hearts dies and a bow to the corner.  The Easter sentiment from the Basket of Blessings set is stamped onto the pocket shape from the ODBD Apron and Tools dies.  The pink paper is from the gorgeous Shabby Roses Paper Collection and is cut and pierced with a die from the ODBD Flourished Star Pattern dies.  A quick and easy card!  Took me about 30 minutes!

Here are the ODBD products I used for this card:

North Coast Creations New Release!

Good morning everyone!  Welcome to the first North Coast Creations New Release!

Such cute critters are being introduced this month!
The 'Coasters' have been having lots of fun creating cards with them!

For EXTRA fun today we are choosing 2 winners who will receive
a $10 gift certificate to the store for stamps just for commenting on our cards!
You have until March 17, 2013 at 9:00 pm EST to make those comments in NCC post!
Make sure to LIKE us on Facebook  and to FOLLOW us on Pinterest!
Here is my first card!
I used the cute Easter Bonnet Chick!  Isn't she adorable?  I cut a Spellbinders Fancy Lattice to lay over the designer paper and then made a frame with a Spellbinders Square and a Marvelous Square.  I colored the chick with copics and cut her out with a Spellbinders Oval.  I stamped her again to cut out her bonnet and popped it up for a little dimension.  Then I used the Cheery Lynn small flourish and a Memory Box Egg along with Martha punched flowers and pearls to finish decorating the frame!

Next up is Banjo Pickin' Chucky!  He is a fun little crazy critter!

I colored him with copics and cut him out.  The designer paper is from an old pack of DCWV paper I found in my stash.  I am trying to use some of my stash and not buy much new.  So hard for me to do!  Anyway, I thought this made a cute background for Chucky!  The sentiment is computer generated and cut out and framed with Spellbinders Ovals.  From the leftover pieces of the paper I punched out the bird, snail and flower to decorate the scene!

Here are the NCC stamps I used:

Now on to my first project!

First, let me apologize for all the photos but I wanted you to be able to see everything!  I used lots of sets for this little recipe book, some new and some old.  This month's release is so fun!  I used the new ODBD/Spellbinders Recipe and Tag Dies, cutting the cards from chipboard packaging and from white card stock.  Then I stamped the card stock pieces in a pale blue with the new Gingham Background.  I did lots of masking to stamp each recipe card tab with words from the new Marriage Recipe set.  And I stamped the full top half of the Marriage Recipe for the front cover and the second half for the back cover.  Then I chose several scriptures from past sets to go with each tab category.  I cut all of these pieces out with the Spellbinders Labels Four.  Then I stamped the rolling pin from the new set Baking Gift Tags and attached each panel to the cards.  I added pearls to each panel and then a little flower arrangement on the cover. All cards are put together with my Bind It All to make this little Marriage Recipe Book!  This would make a cute gift for a bride to be or for an anniversary!   Adding special photos would be fun too!

Here are more photos of the inside:

Here is one more little card I made with the new Happy Spring set and the Gingham Background!

Here are all the ODBD sets and supplies I used for these two projects:
