Love You

Hey there!  Got another one to share!
This time it's for today's Ways To Use It Challenge on SCS to use lots of dots!

The dotted paper is from the ODBD Blushing Rose Paper Collection.  The cute banner is the new Pennant Swag die and Pennant Swag Alphabet set!  I have combined the paper and banner with the Daisy Chain Background die, the tulips from the Tulip Corner set and the little heart from the Ornate Hearts die set!

Thanks so much for visiting today!  Enjoy your Friday!

'For You' Flag

Hello!  Hope y'all are having a great day!
I have another quick and easy card to share with you!

This one involves absolutely no stamping!  I've used the gorgeous Blushing Rose Paper Collection from ODBD.  I made the flag with the new ODBD Pennants dies.  The sentiment was cut out from one of the sheets in the paper pack using the ODBD Vintage Labels dies.  I dressed it up with a string of pearls and a pretty bow!  How easy is that?

Here are the ODBD supplies I used:

It's Time to Look Back at the ODBD July Release!

Good morning!  So glad you are spending time with us today as we take a look back at the ODBD July release!  Pennants, banners and bunting are so much fun and never really go out style!   These new stamps and dies are a 'must have' for your collection in my opinion!

My card today features the Pennants die set.  I made a frame with Spellbinders A2 Card Creator dies.  I popped the frame up over a piece of the ODBD Blushing Rose Paper Collection.  The pennants are also cut from the paper collection.  They are trimmed with die-cuts from the one of the dies in the Window die set.  I stamped a few leaves onto the pennants and then stamped the butterflies (both from the Faith set).  I used distress ink to color the butterflies to match the paper.  I cut them out to place on each pennant.  I stamped the 'xoxoxo' and 'Just because' sentiments from the Ornate Borders Sentiments set.  I tucked in a piece of the lacy Beautiful Border die cut and added some pearls too. I lightly added stickles to each butterfly to complete the card.  Here is another view:

Christmas in July!

Hi there!  I had so much fun making this!  I love snowmen and I love banners!  So this was a perfect match!  I used the new ODBD Custom Pennant Dies along with the Pennant Alphabet Solid stamps set for the JOY banner.  The snowman is made with dies from the ODBD Custom Recipe Card and Tags, ODBD Custom Circle Ornaments, and ODBD Custom Fancy Foliage.  (The eyes are made from the negative piece of the ornament hanger!)  His nose and the snow ground cover was cut free hand.  I made a little slit in the side of the larger circle to tuck one of the 'arms' into.  A quick and easy card!

Thanks for stopping by on this July day to see my first Christmas card of 2014!

Button Joy

Hi there!!!

I was able to play in the Inspiration Challenge today on Splitcoast!  Yay!  Today's inspiration is from a pinterest board and this was my inspiration photo:

This sweet image is from a previous release called Little Girls from Our Daily Bread Designs.  The beautiful papers are from the ODBD Blushing Rose Collection.  I cut out a small banner with the new Pennant Row die and stamped the letters with the new Pennant Swag Alphabet set.  The banners at the bottom and the smaller one at the top are from the new Pennants dies.  I added some buttons and pearls from my stash and then added a flower cut with a shape from the Ornamental Crosses dies.

Here are the ODBD products I used today:

Welcome to the ODBD July Release!

Good morning!
We are excited to have you with us today as we share our projects made with the new Pennant/Banner themed stamps and dies from Our Daily Bread designs!  Are you loving all the inspiration so far?

Let me get the particulars out of the way first:

Three winners will be randomly chosen from the comments left on the designers blogs to receive a $15 Gift Certificate to the ODBD Store, to be used toward the purchase of ODBD Stamps.  You have until July 2, 2014 at 9:00 p.m. EDT to leave your comments!  The Winners will be posted on the ODBD Blog on July 3rd, so be sure to check back there to see if you won!

Now here is another look at my first card:

My first card pairs the Pennant Row die set with the bows from the Pennant Swag die set.  The image and sentiment are from former releases, Bicycle and Ornate Border Sentiments.  I colored the image with copics and framed it with Spellbinders A2 dies.  I sponged the clouds with a scalloped mask.

And here is my second card:

For this shabby chic card I stamped the canning jar from the former release Blue Ribbon Winner set onto a piece of the Blushing Rose Paper Collection and cut it out with the Canning Jar Die , coloring the lid with grey copics.  I cut out the sentiment label from the paper pack with the Vintage Flourish Pattern dies.  One layer is the negative from an earlier project cut with the Ornate Hearts dies.  I added a strip cut with Beautiful Borders too.  Then I added three Pennant Row die cuts, cutting one shorter to fit the card.

And here is a card that I shared on Saturday as a sneak peek!

I am loving these sets and dies y'all!!!

Here are the new ODBD products I used for all three cards:
