Pretty in Pink Kitty

Well, I'm just under the wire for the Midnight Madness Sketch last week again! Why, oh why can't I keep up these days? This was a fun sketch! I just found a set of Inkadinkado stamps on clearance at Joann's and thought this little kitty would fit perfectly in this sketch! I also used today's color challenge to use Pretty in Pink, Sage Shadow and Going Gray. I stamped Ms. Kitty in Pretty in Pink and decorated her with pink stickles. The designer paper is SU! Tea Party. I used a couple of cuttlebug embossing folders and the SU! Flower Trio punch. The little button brads are covered in stickles too. The sentiment is from Lots of Thoughts. Thanks for another great sketch! Looking forward to this week's sketch too! Fun fun!

Paper-Sage Shadow, Pretty in Pink, Going Gray, White, SU! dsp
Ink-Pretty in Pink, black marker, sage marker
Accessories- ribon, brads, stickles, cuttlebug and eb folders, silver HPH, flower punch

  2. Hey Sandee.. what a pretty card. I think that stamp is wonderful and you even got it on clearance. Good job. Your embossing is always so deep and perfect on your cards. I need to learn your tricks on that. I have tried using spacers in my cuddle bug and that helps a little, but I was just wondering if you have a little trick you do? Maybe you heat the paper a little before you emboss it..Hey I am going to try that next time..who knows, it may help a little. I also think it has a lot to do with the quailty of your picture taking. You are a really good photographer. I have admired your work for a long time and I hope to someday be able to work side by side with you and learn from you. Thank you so much for playing the Midnight Madness sketch challenges each week, the whole team loves viewing your creations :)
