Splashes of Red

Hi there!  I played in the Stampin' Sisters in Christ challenge and made two cards!  Their challenge this week is to make a white card with a splash of red.  Well, I might have gone a little overboard with the red but I couldn't help it!

Here is the first card:

I used the gorgeous ornament from the new Ornaments set from Our Daily Bread designs.  This set is designed to work with the Spellbinders Heirloom Ornament die.  I colored here and there with a copic marker, stamped it a second time to pop up the flower center and placed it over a layer of white embossed with a Sissix folder and some pretty lace.  Added some bling and some bows to finish it up!

And then I made this one:

This one also has tons of lace.  Again I embossed the white background layer with a Sissix folder.  I just love this Spellbinders Pendant, don't you?!  It is so beautiful!  The sentiment is from the new Our Daily Bread designs set called Christmas Blessings.  It is cut out and matted with Spellbinders Circle dies and placed on the pendant with foam tape.  Then I added some little roses, Martha twigs and snowball bling to complete the card!!!

I spent most of the day decorating!
Next on my list is addressing Christmas cards!!!
But that will have to wait until tomorrow night!

Thanks for visiting!!!
